His book X-Teams gives deep insights on innovative leadership strategies, with examples from Microsoft, Takeda, and the Museum of Modern Art. He also co-founded xLEAD, which develops research-based tools to encourage creative leadership across management levels. 

A Fulbright scholar from MIT, Henrik leads INSEAD’s flagship Management Acceleration Program. His research on maintaining diversity and inclusion in organizations was published in Harvard Business Review. He has also been featured in Time, Forbes, and numerous other popular press outlets.
