He does this by shining a light on common blind spots and teaching leaders how to adjust their approach and ensure “buy in” amongst their employees. Jesse is passionate about vulnerability and the human side of work, and he focuses on serving leaders, meeting them where they are, and helping them “get unstuck” and find agency.
